Shu Yeung

Shu is Vice President, Human Resources for the Frazier Life Sciences team and has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources.

Shu joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2024.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Shu consulted for firms across different industries and at different stages of growth. She has held global senior HR leadership roles at large multinational organizations. Shu started her career in management consulting at American International Group (AIG). Her experience includes global HR roles at IHS Markit and Novartis AG (Basel, Switzerland and Cambridge, MA).

Shu has a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. She is a trained life (Human Resources) coach and has published Human Resources articles in HR.com, Boston.com and Talent Management magazine.
