Matt Green

Matt Green is a Data Systems Architect on the Frazier Life Sciences team, focused on the technology platform that supports trading, compliance and analytics.

Matt joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2026, where he focuses on the maintenance of the firm’s investment and trading data across funds. He owns and extends Frazier’s internal technology platform — including trade pre-clearance and authorization workflows, firmwide analytics and compliance — and leads the firm’s internal AI initiatives.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Matt spent more than a decade at TrackVia, a Denver-based low-code application platform, most recently as Chief Architect. He architected and led the implementation of a complete rewrite of the TrackVia platform and of the cloud-native AWS infrastructure it runs on, set technical direction across the company, and managed teams of software architects and integration developers.

Earlier in his career, Matt was a Principal Engineer at Photobucket, where he built the content moderation system that handled up to 20 million photos per day, architected and implemented the company’s real-time search engine (Solbase), and shipped its first iPhone application for the opening of the Apple App Store. Before that, he was a Member of Technical Staff at Avaya, leading the team that built a metadata-driven management application for a call-center system, and a Software Architect at Level 3 Communications, where he led the design and development of three softswitch provisioning applications covering trunk inventory, telephone number inventory and VoIP service provisioning. He holds a U.S. patent for dynamic user-interface generation and administration (US8832675B1).

Matt received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both with a concentration in computer architecture, from Stanford University.
