Helen is a Senior Manager, Trade Operations and Compliance on the Frazier Life Sciences team

Helen brings over 20 years of experience in the hedge fund industry, spanning equity trading, operations, and regulatory compliance. Helen began her career at Merrill Lynch before transitioning into the hedge fund world, where she built extensive expertise across global markets and complex fund structures.

Most recently, Helen served as the Senior Equity Trader at TPG Public Equity Partners, a $5B global hedge fund, where she was responsible for global trading, currency risk management, and maintaining strict compliance protocols within a dual-structure private/public environment. Her prior experiences at Ascend Capital Management, Symphony Asset Management, Trek Capital, and Firsthand Capital Management have covered the full investment life cycle, encompassing best execution, prime broker relationships, and operational infrastructure for hedge funds, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts.

Helen earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
