Duncan Johnson

Duncan is a Controller on the Frazier Life Sciences team focused on the public funds.

Duncan joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2025 where he focuses on accounting for the public funds.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Duncan was a Senior Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management audit practice at Ernst & Young LLP.

Duncan spent over 10 years in the Assurance practice with a focus on audits of GAAP financial statements of hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and hedge fund of funds based primarily in the Pacific Northwest and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Duncan received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business with an emphasis in Accounting. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed CPA in the states of Washington and California.
