Ashley Slack

Ashley is Counsel, Venture Funds on the Frazier Life Sciences team.

Ashley joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2026, where she focuses on the Frazier Life Sciences Venture Funds.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Ashley was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focused on corporate and securities law matters for emerging growth and public companies.

Ashley holds a J.D. from the University of Washington, where she graduated summa cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ashley also holds a B.A. from the University of Washington.
