Amanda Wilson

Amanda is a Senior Tax Manager on the Frazier Life Sciences team.

Amanda joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2025 as a Senior Tax Manager with 9 years of public accounting experience.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Amanda was a Senior Tax Manager at Moss Adams, LLP. At Moss Adams, she managed tax compliance and consulting engagements for clients in the healthcare and professional services industries. Her area of focus was primarily on partnership taxation for clients with multi-state footprints and private equity backing. Amanda helped lead firm-wide initiatives in process improvement, including the integration of global tax teams and the development of national training programs.

Amanda earned a Masters in Professional Accounting, Tax and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Washington. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.
