Adam is a Venture Partner at Frazier Life Sciences, where he is focused on company creation opportunities.  Adam currently serves as the Executive Board Chair at Callio Therapeutics, a company developing multi-payload antibody-drug conjugates.

Prior to Frazier, Adam served as co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board member at Icosavax (Nasdaq: ICVX), a company leveraging its virus-like particle platform to develop vaccines for respiratory diseases.  He built a team that brought multiple product candidates into the clinic, including Icosavax’s RSV/hMPV combination vaccine, and led the company through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by AstraZeneca.  Prior to Icosavax, Adam served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board member at PvP Biologics, a company developing an oral enzyme to treat celiac disease.  Adam led the company from founding through its acquisition by Takeda.  Previously, Adam served as co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Meritage Pharma from inception until its sale to Shire, leading to the first FDA-approved oral product to treat eosinophilic esophagitis.

Adam has been a co-founder, executive and/or board member of eight additional life sciences companies (across therapeutics, genomics & diagnostics) that have either been acquired or gone public. Adam began his career as an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on life sciences transactions.

Adam holds a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Since joining Frazier in 2016, he has co-founded six companies including HilleVax (NASDAQ: HLVX), Phathom Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PHAT), and Scout Bio (Acquired by Ceva). He served as Chief Business Officer of Phathom Pharmaceuticals from 2019-2021 and Chief Operating Officer of HilleVax from 2020 to 2024. He previously served on the boards of HilleVax and Scout Bio.

Prior to Frazier, Aditya was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he served biopharmaceutical companies on business development, research and development, and marketing/sales strategy. He received his Ph.D. from the UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco joint graduate program in bioengineering and holds B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in biological engineering from MIT.

Ailsa joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in August 2023, where she develops and manages the investor relations strategy, oversees fundraising efforts, and spearheads communications, marketing, and public relations activities.

Prior to joining Frazier, Ailsa led Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Affini-T Therapeutics. Before joining Affini-T Therapeutics, Ailsa led the Immunotherapy Partnering Portfolio in cell and gene therapy at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, where she spun out several companies including Affini-T Therapeutics and Ensoma.

Ailsa received her Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Integrative Physiology from University of California at Davis and continued her research in cardiovascular tissue engineering at the Mayo Clinic in Biomedical Engineering and Physiology.

Alan founded Frazier Life Sciences in 1991 and has led the firm in raising 11 institutional funds and managing nearly $4.2 billion in assets. During his 27 years as Managing Partner and Chairman, he has worked with entrepreneurs to build many leading healthcare companies, including Array BioPharma, Tularik, Rigel, CV Therapeutics, VIVUS, Corixa, Cadence Pharmaceuticals, TridentUSA , PCI, Abode Healthcare, and Orthotic Holdings.

Prior to founding Frazier, he was integrally involved in growing several successful healthcare companies into national prominence. Alan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Immunex Corporation, an early biotechnology company that discovered and developed the blockbuster drug Enbrel to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disorders. Later, he served as the Senior Financial Advisor and Chief Financial Officer of Affymax and worked on the spin-out of Affymetrix. Before Immunex, he was head of the Emerging Business Practice and co-head of the Technology Practice for the Seattle office of Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young).

Alan also previously served on the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center board as well as the UW Medicine Board and UW Medicine Strategic Initiatives Committee, both affiliated with the University of Washington School of Medicine.

Albert is a Managing Partner of Frazier’s Life Sciences team and co-leads the Frazier Life Sciences Public Fund (FLSPF) with Jamie Brush. He joined the firm in 2021 and has over 25 years of experience investing in public and private biopharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Albert was previously a Managing Partner at Vivo Capital. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Ascendis Pharma A/S (NASDAQ: ASND) and has previously served on the boards of Aclaris Therapeutics (NASDAQ; ACRS), Biohaven Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: BHVN), KalVista Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: KALV), and many other private and public biopharmaceutical companies. Albert is a co-founder of the annual Dermatology Summit and Dermatology Innovation Forum. He also worked at Oracle Corporation in pharmaceutical consulting and at the Palo Alto VA Hospital as a biomedical engineer.

Albert received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He subsequently completed the Medical Scientist Training Program at UCLA School of Medicine, where he received his M.D. and Ph.D. in Neuroscience.

Ali joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as Counsel in September 2023, where she focuses on the Frazier Life Sciences Public Fund, Public Overage Fund, capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Frazier, Ali was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where she focused on corporate securities, corporate governance, executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions.

Ali holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated summa cum laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Amanda joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2025 as a Senior Tax Manager with 9 years of public accounting experience.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Amanda was a Senior Tax Manager at Moss Adams, LLP. At Moss Adams, she managed tax compliance and consulting engagements for clients in the healthcare and professional services industries. Her area of focus was primarily on partnership taxation for clients with multi-state footprints and private equity backing. Amanda helped lead firm-wide initiatives in process improvement, including the integration of global tax teams and the development of national training programs.

Amanda earned a Masters in Professional Accounting, Tax and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Washington. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.

Angel joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2021. She is a Senior Associate and focuses on evaluating investment opportunities in the life sciences sector. She contributed to Frazier’s investment in Sonoma Biotherapeutics and is a board observer at Sonoma Biotherapeutics, Alesta Therapeutics and V6 Therapeutics.

Prior to joining Frazier, Angel was an Investment Fellow with Vertex Ventures Healthcare. At Vertex, she evaluated early-stage companies pursuing transformative therapeutics. In previous roles, Angel served as the Director of Research and Venture Grants at Emerson Collective, Health and as the Research Director of the Friedreich Ataxia (FA) Research Alliance. In these roles, she managed strategic deployment of capital towards emergent therapeutics for oncology and FA, respectively.

Angel received her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Cancer Biology from Duke University, where she was a Ruth L. Kirschstein Institutional National Research Service Award Fellow of the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.

Angie joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2022. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Amunix Pharmaceuticals Inc. until its acquisition by Sanofi for up to $1.225 billion.

Prior to joining Amunix, Angie served as Chief Business & Strategy Officer and Head of Commercial at Sierra Oncology (NASDAQ: SRRA), a publicly listed hematology and oncology drug development company, where she helped the company through a successful initial public offering. She also led the company’s strategic and transactional business and commercial efforts, including building its robust pipeline through acquisition and licensing of several product assets. Prior to Sierra, Angie served as Chief Business Officer of Aragon Pharmaceuticals, a private oncology drug discovery and development company, where she was responsible for finance, operations, human resources, and business development. At Aragon, she helped secure several rounds of financing as well as leading the business development process that resulted in the company’s acquisition by Johnson & Johnson. In previous roles, Angie served as Chief Business Officer at Synosia Therapeutics and Ren Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Ren Pharmaceuticals, she focused on new company formation at Venrock Ventures. In addition, she currently serves on the board of directors of ORIC Pharmaceuticals.

Angie earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Harvard College.

Anna joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2018, where she focuses on private investments and company creation. She co-led FLS’ investments in, and currently serves on the boards of Alentis, Eyconis, and BlueWater Biosciences.

Anna has been co-founder of and played key roles in FLS’ investments in Lengo Therapeutics (acquired by Blueprint Medicines), SanReno Therapeutics (acquired by Novartis), Inipharm, and Attovia Therapeutics. In addition, she was instrumental in FLS’ investments in Amunix Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Sanofi), Architect Therapeutics, and Diagonal Therapeutics, among others.

Prior to joining FLS, Anna was a management consultant in L.E.K. Consulting’s life sciences practice. While at L.E.K., Anna advised biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on strategic planning, organizational development, R&D, and business development strategy. Previously, Anna was an entrepreneurial fellow at Flagship Pioneering and a business mentor for the National Science Foundation Innovation Corps program.

Anna received her Ph.D. in Systems Biology and A.B. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University, where she was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow.

April joined Frazier Life Sciences’ accounting department in October 2021.

Prior to joining Frazier, she worked at Expedition Trips, a Seattle-based expedition travel agency, for 16 years. During her time there, she was the Accounting Manager, and before that, she was the Sales Manager.

Bhaskar joined Frazier in 2011 and brings to the Life Sciences team significant operational experience in drug research, development, and commercialization in the United States, Europe, and emerging markets. He leads investments in later-stage companies and in international opportunities and is a co-founder of Arcutis Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: ARQT), where he serves on the board of directors. Bhaskar also serves on the board of Tarsus Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TARS), and also served on the board of Silvergate Pharmaceuticals (acquired by CutisPharma), Corium International (NASDAQ: CORI) which was acquired by Gurnet Point Capital and Thesan Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Frazier, Bhaskar was President of Valeant Pharmaceuticals, where he led Valeant’s international operations and business development activities. He joined Valeant through its acquisition of Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences, where he had been President and CEO. Dow focused on dermatology drug development and commercialization, and was the source of multiple approved products including Jublia for onychomycosis and Acanya for acne. Before Dow, Bhaskar worked at Mylan Pharmaceuticals in several capacities including EVP of Scientific Affairs at Mylan subsidiary Bertek Pharmaceuticals, and as General Manager of the Dermatology Division. Earlier, he worked at Penederm, a skin-products and drug-delivery company, as VP of R&D.

Bhaskar also serves on an Advisory Board at John’s Hopkins Institute of Bioethics and the School of Pharmacy Innovation Center at the University of the Pacific.

Bhaskar holds a Ph.D. from the University of Louisiana, a M.S. in Industrial Pharmacy from Jadavpur University, India and a B.S. in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University.

Bob joined Frazier in January 2016 and is currently Chief Executive Officer of Cirius Therapeutics, where he serves on the board of directors. He also serves on the board of Inipharm. He also served as Chairman of the board for Mavupharma until its acquisition by AbbVie and served on the boards of Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: FLAC) and Imago BioSciences (acquired by Merck).

Before joining Frazier, Bob was Chief Executive Officer of Amira Pharmaceuticals until its sale to Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2011 for $475 million. In this capacity, he was instrumental in focusing Amira’s development efforts, strengthening its pipeline and forging key collaborations with partners such as GlaxoSmithKline. Previously, he held a number of senior management positions over 17 years at Amgen.

Bob currently serves on the board of directors for several companies, and has held multiple board seats in the past.

Bob earned his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles; and a B.S. in microbiology and an M.S. in genetics from The Pennsylvania State University.

Brian joined Frazier Life Sciences in January 2016 and is currently co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inipharm, where he serves on the board of directors. He was previously the Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Cirius Therapeutics and also served as Chief Business Officer of Mavupharma from inception until its acquisition in 2019 by Abbvie.

Previously, Brian served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Operations at Sequel Pharmaceuticals, a company focused on the development of a treatment for arrhythmia. Prior to Sequel, he was responsible for corporate development at NovaCardia through its acquisition by Merck in 2007. Before this, he was a global marketing associate at Eli Lilly on the Cialis product team with responsibility for product launch and new indications, and worked in marketing and sales operations for Prudential HealthCare and in public health program management.

Brian earned his M.B.A. from the University of Texas and a B.S. from Trinity University.

Bruce joined Frazier in 2020 and brings substantial chemistry and drug development experience to the Life Sciences team.

Bruce was previously Senior Vice President, Small Molecule Drug Discovery and co-leader of Research for Genentech Research and Early Development (gRED). Prior to Genentech, Bruce served as Vice President of Chemistry at the Pfizer Global Research and Development, Ann Arbor Laboratories.

Bruce is the inventor of Lipitor®, for which he has received numerous awards, including the 2003 American Chemical Society Award for Creative Invention, the 2015 National Academy of Sciences Award for Chemistry in Service of Society, and the 2013 Perkin Medal, which is the highest award given to industrial chemists in the United States. Bruce has also been named one of the American Chemical Society Heroes in Chemistry and has been inducted into the Hall of Fame of the American Chemical Society Medicinal Chemistry Division.

Bruce received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Iowa State University and his B.S. in chemistry from St. Joseph’s College in Philadelphia, PA. He was also a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Rochester and served for over 10 years as an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Michigan.

Bryan rejoined Frazier as a Senior Advisor in 2024. He has 30 years of experience as a T cell immunologist, including 23 years in the biotech industry focused on discovering and progressing immune drug candidates into the clinic for both autoimmune and oncology indications.

Bryan most recently served as Chief Scientific Officer of 3T Biosciences following time as a Senior Advisor to Frazier. Prior to that he was CSO at Amunix Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Frazier portfolio company developing conditionally activated immunotherapies, until its acquisition by Sanofi for up to $1.225 billion in 2022. Prior to joining Amunix, he served as Chief Scientific Officer of Five Prime Therapeutics, where he led research and preclinical drug development, and as Vice President of Cancer Immunology at CytomX Therapeutics. Before joining CytomX, he spent 12 years at Genentech in the Departments of Immunology and Oncology/Cancer Immunology, where he was a key inventor and research leader for the PD-L1 immunotherapy atezolizumab (Tecentriq(r)).

Bryan received his Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of California, San Francisco, and a B.A. in Physiology from the University of California, Berkeley. His doctoral work, performed in the laboratory of Dr. Arthur Weiss, pioneered the single-chain chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) technology. Bryan conducted post-doctoral work at Harvard University and UCSF with fellowships from the Irvington Institute and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. His work has been published in top-tier journals including Cell, Science, Cancer Cell, Nature Immunology, and Immunity, and he is an inventor on patents that include the single-chain CARs and atezolizumab.

Cass joined Frazier Life Sciences as a Senior Accountant in September 2023.

Prior to joining Frazier, she worked as a Senior Accountant at Abalta Technologies Inc., a software technology company in San Diego, CA. She also has accounting experience in the telecommunications construction, financial services, and retail sectors. She is well versed in multi-state payroll, various ERP’s and in streamlining and simplifying processes.

Cass graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Wine Business from Sonoma State University.

Chris joined Frazier Life Sciences in May 2017 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Mirum Pharmaceuticals, where he serves on the board of directors. He also serves on the board of Alpine Immune Sciences.

Chris previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Frazier portfolio company Tobira Therapeutics, a leading developer of therapeutics for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. While at Tobira, Chris led the company’s efforts to become a public company, expand its pipeline through partnership and in-licensing, and sell the company to Allergan. Prior to Tobira, Chris held business leadership roles at Jennerex Biotherapeutics, Onyx Pharmaceuticals and Abgenix.

Chris holds a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to joining Frazier in April 2021, Chris was the CEO of a FINRA registered Broker Dealer that garnered one of the first approvals for transacting in digitized private market securities on an SEC Registered Alternative Trading System (“ATS”). Previously, Chris was a trader at Point72 Asset Management where he focused on public Biotechnology companies. Before Point72, Chris was a Director at Leerink Partners (now SVB Leerink), where he spent six years focused on market making in Biotech and Generic Pharmaceuticals companies. Chris began his career in Special Situations Research and transitioned to trading by managing the pre- and post-trade analytics for a program trading desk responsible for transacting on behalf of large pension funds.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science (Finance) in Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he was a member of the Dean’s Cabinet for the Business School.

Chris joined Frazier Life Sciences in October 2019 with nine years of accounting and regulatory experience in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Frazier, Chris was the Accounting and Compliance Manager at Brighton Jones, a Seattle-based wealth management firm. He was also previously a manager with Moss Adams in the financial services industry audit practice. Chris has extensive experience in all full-cycle accounting functions, including financial statement disclosures and internal control best practices.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Penn State University.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Chris was most recently a Vice President at a Frazier portfolio company, HilleVax, where he played a number of operational, business development, and program management roles. He joined HilleVax as one of its first employees in 2021. Prior to HilleVax, Chris was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he led health care engagements across multiple functions (R&D, BD, Commercial) and therapeutic areas (oncology, vaccines, cell and gene therapy).

Chris received a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.

Dan joined Frazier Life Sciences in June 2021.

Prior to joining Frazier, Dan was a Manager in the compliance consulting practice at DLA LLC, where he was responsible for advising and leading compliance programs for registered investment advisers and broker dealers. Prior to DLA, Dan was part of the compliance team at Fortress Investment Group.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and a JD from Hofstra University.

Dan joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2011 and focuses on venture investments in both development-stage and commercial-stage pharmaceutical companies. He has been a co-founder of multiple FLS investments including Arcutis (NASDAQ: ARQT), Lengo Therapeutics (acquired by Blueprint Medicines), Inipharm, Sudo Bio, and Iolyx, and he has helped put together multiple other companies as founding investor including Radionetics Oncology, Eyconis, and Callio Bio. He has also led Frazier’s investments in Tarsus Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TARS), Sierra Oncology (acquired by GSK), Alesta Therapeutics, HIllstar Bio, and Hummingbird Bioscience.

Dan has also been involved in Frazier’s investments in Acerta Pharma BV (acquired by AstraZeneca), Tobira Therapeutics (acquired by Allergan), Ignyta (acquired by Roche), Iovance (NASDAQ: IOVA), Vaxcyte (NASDAQ: PCVX), Translate Bio (acquired by Sanofi), and PreCision Dermatology (acquired by Valeant).

Prior to joining Frazier, Dan was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company’s healthcare practice, where he led teams that advised leading global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on R&D strategy and business development strategy. He received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he is a member of Tau Beta Pi.

Don joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2020 and brings significant experience in drug discovery and development to the Life Sciences team. In addition to his role at Frazier, Don sat on the board of directors of Pandion Therapeutics, which was acquired by Merck in 2021.

Don spent over 30 years in drug discovery research and development at Allergan, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Pharmacia, Wyeth and Abbott. Most recently, Don was a Senior Vice President in R&D at Allergan where he led an organization responsible for research and preclinical functions, clinical pharmacology, and the scientific arm of business development, while also co-leading the governance of the pre-POC clinical development portfolio.

Don has been involved in the entry of over 25 compounds into clinical development across multiple therapeutic areas. Don has also been involved in more than 25 business development deals since 2015, including sizeable compound and company acquisitions, licensing partnerships, option deals, build to buys, and outlicenses. He created unique drug repositioning units at AstraZeneca and Pfizer, and groundbreaking partnership models for drug development with the National Institutes of Health and the Medical Research Council UK.

Don received a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec a B.S. in Biology and Mathematics from SUNY at Stony Brook, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Pharmacology and Neuroscience at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. He has published over 70 peer reviewed articles and patents.

Duncan joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2025 where he focuses on accounting for the public funds.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Duncan was a Senior Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management audit practice at Ernst & Young LLP.

Duncan spent over 10 years in the Assurance practice with a focus on audits of GAAP financial statements of hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and hedge fund of funds based primarily in the Pacific Northwest and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Duncan received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business with an emphasis in Accounting. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed CPA in the states of Washington and California.

Before joining Frazier Life Sciences, Jerry served as the Founder and Director of the Benaroya Research Institute (1985-2015) and Director of the Immune Tolerance Network (2010-2023). He is currently on the Affiliate Faculty of the University of Washington School of Medicine and an emeritus faculty Member of BRI.

Jerry’s research accomplishments span four decades of translational immunology, including description of HLA class II gene organization and disease associations in the 1980s, molecular topography of class II MHC-peptide binding and recognition by T cells in the 1990s, development of tetramer tools for detection and interrogation of human antigen-specific CD4 T cells in the 2000s, and design, conduct, and analysis of clinical trials using novel immunomodulatory agents, particularly in type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune diseases. At BRI he led multidisciplinary programs focused on understanding molecular and cellular characteristics of autoimmunity, and at the ITN he led teams that developed and conducted numerous proof-of-concept and mechanism-based clinical trials in allergy, autoimmunity, and transplantation. Jerry is the recipient of the University of Washington School of Medicine Distinguished Alumni Award and the David Rumbough Award for Scientific Excellence from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Jerry also has served as an advisor for many academic and nonprofit organizations involved in biomedical research, and is past president of FOCIS, the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies. He chaired the expert panel for the NIH Autoimmune Diseases Coordinating Committee that developed the first strategic NIH plan for autoimmune diseases in 2002, JDRF Medical Science Review from 2007-2009, and the Lupus Research Institute scientific advisory board in 2016-2017, among a large number of similar leadership roles.

Jerry’s early career included research training at Harvard (AB magna cum laude, Biochemistry), University of Washington School of Medicine (PhD, biochemistry, cancer immunology; MD), post-doctoral research in immunogenetics (Harvard Medical School), faculty positions at Harvard Medical School and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, and a stint as a senior scientist at Genetic Systems Corporation, prior to establishing the immunology research programs at Virginia Mason Research Center (now the Benaroya Research Institute; BRI) in 1985.

Gordon joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2017 and is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, and a Partner. In his roles, he leads the Legal, Operations, Investor Relations, Compliance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Administrative teams and works closely with the Investment and Finance teams. He has over 25 years of experience as counsel to venture capital investors and life sciences companies. He previously served as the Vice President and General Counsel of Frazier-sponsored SPAC Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation which merged to become NewAmsterdam Pharma (NASDAQ: NAMS).

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Gordon was a partner with Cooley LLP, one of the premier biotechnology and technology law firms. In his legal practice at Cooley LLP, Gordon focused on emerging growth companies, corporate securities and mergers & acquisitions, and worked closely with Frazier Life Sciences on several investments and company creation efforts. Gordon also advised numerous other life sciences venture capital firms and companies on structuring investments and corporate matters. Before joining Cooley LLP, Gordon was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Radiant Research, which was sold to Covance and Swiss Biosciences in 2007. Early in his career, Gordon served as an officer in the United States Navy, Judge Advocate General Corps.

Gordon holds a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall, and graduated with High Honors in History, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.

Gordon joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence in March 2020. He was previously co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Outpost Medicine, a Frazier portfolio company.

Prior to Outpost, Gordon held several senior roles across multiple therapeutic areas at Pfizer Global R&D, leading multiple disciplines, teams and projects across Neuroscience, Pain, Sensory Disorders, Genitourinary and Urology indications. Prior to Pfizer, Gordon was a Lecturer in Pharmacology and a Laboratory Head in the Department of Pharmacology at Oxford University, where he was also a member of the Oxford Continence Group.

Gordon holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. from Queen’s University Belfast.

Hannah joined Frazier Life Sciences in December 2024 as a Senior Tax Manager, with 10 years of tax accounting experience.

Prior to joining Frazier, Hannah was a Senior Tax Manager at RSM US LLP, the leading provider of assurance and tax services for the middle market. There, she managed the tax compliance for private equity portfolio companies and closely held businesses. Hannah’s expertise lies in partnership tax, complemented by her experience in corporate and individual tax, as well as her extensive background in supporting companies through transactions and other tax planning projects.

Hannah earned a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Northeastern University. During her time at Northeastern, Hannah also studied finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Washington and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

With 20 years spent in the bioscience/pharmaceutical industry, Holly was most recently with Avidity Biosciences.

Holly has also held positions at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Pelican Expression Technology, Paramount Biosciences, Tracon Pharmaceuticals, Biogen Idec, and Idec.

A native of Texas, Holly has lived in San Diego since 1985, and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Huy joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2024 where he focuses on the accounting for Frazier Life Sciences’ public funds. He has over 17 years of hedge fund accounting, multiple fund strategies, security types and operations experience.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Huy was the Controller and Chief Compliance Officer at Gavilan Investment Partners. Huy has consulted with numerous firms in their fund accounting objectives and started his career at Citco Fund Services.

Huy received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Ian joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence in March 2020. He was previously Chief Medical Officer at Outpost Medicine, a Frazier portfolio company.

Prior to Outpost, Ian was at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Europe, where he was Head of Clinical Development. Prior to Mitsubishi, he was with Pfizer for more than 15 years in a variety of clinical and development leadership roles, including six years as Clinical Head of Genitourinary and Women’s Health and most recently as Vice President and Global Clinical Head for the Innovative Pharma Business. Ian has provided leadership to numerous projects across multiple therapeutic areas spanning Phases 1-4, including submission of five products for approval in major markets, and two FDA approvals.

Ian received his MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and his medical degree (B.M., B.Ch.) from Oxford University. He was awarded a medical doctorate (D.M.) from Oxford for his research on the pathophysiology of overactive and neurogenic bladder. He is an accredited pharmaceutical physician and a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FFPM) in the UK.

Jim joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2009, and brings significant experience in drug discovery and development to the Life Sciences team. Jim is closely involved with the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities, and advises multiple portfolio companies on topics ranging from medicinal chemistry and preclinical characterization to IP strategy. He currently serves as a member of the scientific advisory boards of Inipharm and Lengo Therapeutics. Jim served as an independent board member of Frazier portfolio company Ignyta prior to its acquisition by Roche, and has served as a member of the scientific advisory board for Mavupharma (acquired by AbbVie) and multiple other Frazier investments.

Jim spent over 30 years in drug discovery research and development at Schering-Plough, Parke-Davis, and Pfizer. He most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Worldwide Discovery Research at Pfizer and was responsible for research activities in the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan, involving over 3000 scientists at 7 research laboratory sites. Jim has been involved with the discovery and development of many drugs that have been FDA approved or are currently in clinical development, including Lipitor, Lyrica, and Ibrance.

Jim has also been an Adjunct Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Michigan, and Editor-in-Chief of the American Chemistry Society (ACS) publication series called Annual Reports in Medicinal Chemistry. Jim’s research in drug discovery programs – related to the treatment of gastrointestinal, central nervous system, and cardiovascular diseases with a focus on mechanistic biochemistry – have been recorded in over 100 publications, abstracts, and patents.

In addition to his role at Frazier, Jim is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deciphera Pharmaceuticals and a board member of Erasca.

Jim received a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire and a B.S. in Chemistry from Bates College. He was an N.I.H. Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan and a postdoctoral Fellow at The Squibb Institute for Medical Research.

As co-founder and former CEO of JW Therapeutics (February 2016 to July 2024), James built a fully integrated, commercial-stage cell therapy company from the ground up. He led the development and launch of China’s first domestically developed CAR-T therapy, raised over $520 million, and took the company public in 2020.

Prior to JW Therapeutics, James served as Vice President and founding General Manager of Greater China at Amgen, where he expanded the company’s presence and improved patient access to its vital medicines in China.

Earlier in his career, James was a Partner in the life sciences practice at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, where he invested in and guided early- and growth-stage companies, including one that went public in 2010.

James spent over 15 years at Merck & Co., Inc., holding leadership roles in clinical research, regulatory affairs, product development, and franchise management across the U.S. and Asia Pacific. He played a key role in obtaining regulatory approvals for Merck’s vaccines in the Asia Pacific region, establishing Merck’s medical operations in China, and growing the company’s largest franchise in Asia.

James holds an M.D. from Shanghai Medical University and an M.S. in Microbiology from the University of Montana.

Jamie is a Managing Partner of the Frazier Life Sciences team. He joined Frazier in 2003 and opened Frazier’s first California office in the same year, along with Patrick Heron. Throughout his 21 years as a General Partner and then a Managing Partner, Jamie has led or co-led investments across over 60 companies.

Jamie has led many of Frazier’s life sciences investments, including Acerta Pharma BV (sold to AstraZeneca), Calistoga Pharmaceuticals (co-founder, sold to Gilead Sciences), Mavupharma (sold to AbbVie), Rempex (sold to The Medicines Company), Incline (co-founder, sold to The Medicines Company), Alnara (sold to Lilly), Portola (co-founder, NASDAQ: PTLA), CoTherix(sold to Actelion), Threshold (NASDAQ: THLD) and Alpine Immune Sciences (sold to Vertex). He currently represents Frazier on the boards of Architect Therapeutics, Attovia, Diagonal Therapeutics, Enlaza Therapeutics, NewAmsterdam Pharma (NASDAQ: NAMS) and Phathom Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PHAT). Jamie previously served on the boards of Amunix Pharmaceuticals (sold to Sanofi) and AnaptysBio (NASDAQ: ANAB).

Prior to joining Frazier, Jamie was the head of cardiovascular R&D at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and ran Millennium San Francisco (formerly COR Therapeutics). Before the merger of COR and Millennium, he served as the Vice President of Biology at COR and was responsible for all research activities. He served on the medical school faculties at Stanford and Harvard Medical School prior to joining COR.

Jamie received his M.D. and Ph.D. in Biophysics from Stanford and holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan. He did his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He has authored over 50 publications and was the recipient of a Howard Hughes Scholars Award while on the faculty at Stanford.

In 2011 and 2016 Jamie was named to the Midas List of leading venture capitalists, and in 2013 was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 10 healthcare investors.

Jamie joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2016 and invests in private and public biotechnology companies. Jamie co-leads the Frazier Life Sciences public investment strategy and serves as a co-Portfolio Manager of the Frazier Life Sciences Public Fund (FLSPF) with Albert Cha. Jamie has led many of Frazier’s successful public investments and represented Frazier on the board of directors of Amunix Pharmaceuticals (sold to Sanofi) and Maze Therapeutics (NASDAQ: MAZE).

Prior to joining Frazier, Jamie was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a core member of the Healthcare Practice. In this capacity, he led projects involving Biotechnology mergers and acquisitions, R&D, manufacturing, and business development strategy.

Jamie received his M.D. from the University of Southern California, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society, and his B.A. from Middlebury College. He completed his post-graduate training in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Jan joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2022. He founded Ascendis Pharma (NASDAQ: ASND) and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a board member. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeCycle Pharma A/S., as well as President of the Pharmaceutical Division of Maxygen, Inc. Prior to that, Jan co-founded ProFound Pharma A/S (acquired by Maxygen, Inc.), where he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer. He has also held various positions at Novo Nordisk A/S, including Vice President of Protein Discovery. In addition, Jan serves as Chairman of the board of directors for Hummingbird Bioscience.

Jan received a Cand. Scient. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Odense, Denmark, and pursued his post-doctoral research at Children’s Hospital in Oakland, CA.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Jason was a Principal at Vivo Capital. At Vivo, Jason evaluated public market biotech companies pursuing transformative treatments. In prior roles, Jason served on the business development team at Fortress Biotech, where he helped create new biotech companies including Hepla Sciences, which focuses on treating metabolic diseases.

Jason attended medical school at the University of Illinois, where he was awarded an HHMI summer fellowship for basic science research. Jason earned his B.A. in Chemistry and History from the University of Rochester, where he spent two years in Robert Boeckman’s lab studying small molecules as oncology therapeutics.

Jenn joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2015 as Controller for the firm’s accounting, treasury and finance operations, with 19 years of accounting and financial experience in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Frazier, Jenn was the CFO of Red Mountain Capital Partners, a hedge fund manager located in Los Angeles. She was also previously a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Asset Management audit practice. Jenn has extensive experience in hedge and private equity fund activities, including multiple fund structures and standard control practices, and has advised numerous asset managers in the implementation of new financial accounting and disclosure requirements.

Jenn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western Washington University.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Jim was the first Chief Investment Officer for the J. Paul Getty Trust in Los Angeles. The Getty endowment provides funding for Getty’s museums, conservation projects, library and grant program, and a staff of over 1,500 employees focused on the visual arts. Jim served as CIO for 21 years before retiring in June 2024.

Prior to Jim’s time at Getty, he was President of Harbor Capital Advisors and Harbor’s family of mutual funds. Prior to Harbor, Jim was the Manager of Ford Motor Company’s global pension fund.

Jim serves on the Boards of Trustees for Ariel mutual funds and SEI mutual funds. And he is on the Board of the Toigo Foundation, which promotes opportunities for minorities in the financial services industry.

Jim has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Joe joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2021, where he focuses on evaluating private investment opportunities and forming new companies in the life sciences. He co-led FLS’ investments in, and currently serves on the boards of Halda Therapeutics and other private companies still in stealth mode. He is currently a board observer at Alpha-9 Oncology, Lassen Therapeutics, Hillstar Bio and Serum Detect. He has contributed to multiple other investments since joining the firm, including NewAmsterdam Pharma via his role as VP, Acquisitions for Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: FLAC).

Prior to joining FLS, Joe was in venture creation at Flagship Pioneering and was part of the Generate:Biomedicines founding team, where he held operational roles in protein engineering and strategy. Previously, Joe was an early employee at Moderna working in molecular biology and informatics, where he led research activities in modified RNA biophysics and protein translation, and, helped launch mRNA-4157, a personalized cancer vaccine program.

Joe received his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he received multiple awards recognizing his outstanding performance in entrepreneurship and venture capital. Joe also holds an M.S. in Genomics and B.S. in Biology from the University of Connecticut.

John joined Frazier Life Sciences in August 2017.

Before joining Frazier, John spent three years at BlackRock, where he was most recently an Associate on the BlackRock Alternative Advisors team, focused on operational due diligence reviews of hedge fund managers. Before joining the BlackRock Alternative Advisors team, he was an analyst on BlackRock’s Private Valuation team, where he was responsible for the valuation of private, illiquid investments.

Prior to joining BlackRock, John was with Deloitte in the Seattle, WA audit practice, where he served clients in the PE/VC, technology and retail industries.

John received his Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Seattle University.

Before joining Frazier Life Sciences, John served as the Chief Financial Officer of Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. from May 2019 to March 2021 and ad interim from September 2023 to April 2024. At Arcutis, he was responsible for all financial aspects and led Arcutis’ successful initial public offering and four follow-on financings. Prior to Arcutis, John was the Chief Financial Officer at Sienna Biopharmaceutics from January 2016 to April 2017, and again from April 2018 to March 2019.

John also served as the interim CFO at Kite Pharma, a Gilead Company, from November 2017 through April 2018, and was the CFO of Unity Biotechnology from January 2016 to July 2017. As the CFO at Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, he was responsible for all financial activities during early clinical stage development through approval and launch, led private fundraising rounds, prepared Kythera for its successful initial public offering in October 2012, and oversaw its acquisition by Allergan plc. At Amgen Inc., John held several financial positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Finance and Administration for Amgen’s European operations in 28 countries, and served as Executive Director of Corporate Accounting.

John is currently on the Board of NewAmsterdam Pharma (Nasdaq: NAMS) and Genlux Corporation (Nasdaq: GNLX). He has served as a member of the Board of Directors at Applied Molecular Transport Inc., eFFECTOR Therapeutics Inc., Principia Biopharma Inc., and Achaogen, Inc.

John began his career at Ernst & Young, where he was audit partner and held a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He holds a B.S. in Accounting, with honors, from California State University at Los Angeles.

Kei joined Frazier Life Sciences (FLS) in January 2024, and brings over 20 years of experience in supporting companies with information technology, cybersecurity and compliance needs. He has been a thought leader focusing on Information Technology (IT) solutions catered to the unique business aspects of finance organizations.

Prior to joining FLS, Kei was a managing consultant at Pliancy, a business and technology consultancy where he delivered scalable and secure IT solutions for venture capital and private equity firms. Kei has supported all applications critical to finance companies and helped drive security and compliance initiatives. He employs a personalized approach in assisting individuals with technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Previously, Kei was both a managing consultant for Cobaltix, L.L.C. and Echo Technology Solutions (acquired by Abacus Group), both San Francisco Bay Area IT services consultancies, where he specialized in supporting financial clients. Prior to working in IT, Kei sequenced DNA at Incyte Pharmaceuticals.

Kei has a B.S. in Biopsychology from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Kerrilee has over 18 years of experience supporting senior executives in the healthcare and biotech industries, including 12 years at Boston Children’s Hospital in the Department of Neurosurgery.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Kerrilee was the Administrative Business Partner at nChromaBio where she supported several C-suite executives. She is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Kerrilee studied Psychology at Pennsylvania State University.

Kevin joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2021, where he focuses on public and late-stage private investment opportunities for the Frazier Life Sciences Public Fund (FLSPF).

Kevin was previously a resident physician in Internal Medicine at Stanford, where he cared for patients at Stanford University Medical Center and affiliated clinics. He has published over 15 peer-reviewed research articles on healthcare outcomes and utilization, clinical informatics, and quantitative pathology. During medical school, he also worked in life sciences investing as a summer associate at Frazier and at Acuta Capital.

Before his medical training, Kevin was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, where he worked with clients in the hospital services and pharmaceutical industries on corporate strategy, growth, and mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin received his M.D. from Stanford University and his B.S. from Yale University, where he graduated summa cum laude in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Kiah joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2023, where she focuses on identifying and evaluating new public investment opportunities.

Kiah previously trained as a Cardiothoracic Surgery resident at Stanford, where she operated on and provided intensive care for patients undergoing heart, lung, vascular, and abdominal surgeries. Throughout her medical training, Kiah performed basic science and clinical research, publishing over 30 peer-reviewed research articles focusing on cardiac surgery and heart failure therapeutics.

Prior to entering medicine, Kiah was a healthcare consultant with ClearView Healthcare Partners in Boston where she supported small, mid-size, and large pharmaceutical companies’ asset development and corporate strategy.

Kiah received her M.D. from Stanford University and her B.A. from Dartmouth College where she studied Biomedical Engineering.

Lauren joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2023 and currently serves as a Principal of Company Creation and CEO/Co-Founder of Counterakt Therapeutics. Previously, she was the COO of Hillstar Bio, focused on developing biologics for autoimmune diseases. She is a board observer at Sudo Bio.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Lauren was a venture partner at 82VS, the venture studio of Alloy Therapeutics. She helped to build biologics companies leveraging Alloy’s discovery capabilities, including co-founding a company creating T-cell receptor mimic (TCRm) therapeutics for solid tumor indications.

Before her time at 82VS, Lauren was a fellow and 4:59 operating associate at 5AM Ventures, focusing on evaluating investment opportunities and building new life sciences companies. In this capacity, Lauren worked with the founding team of Entrada Therapeutics and was a member of the founding team of Nido Biosciences, spanning strategy, operations and scientific discovery roles. Early in her career, Lauren was a health tech investor at Jump Capital and management consultant at Monitor Group/Monitor Deloitte.

Lauren received her Ph.D. from Harvard University where she studied the therapeutic effects of RIPK1 inhibitors on neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative diseases under Dr. Junying Yuan.

Lin joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2024, where he focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and creating new ventures in the life sciences.

Prior to joining Frazier, Lin was a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group’s health care practice, where he advised biopharmaceutical clients on development and commercialization strategies. Previously, Lin was a clinical researcher at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he supported clinical trial operations across therapeutic areas. His work has been published in top medical journals including The Lancet and is widely cited in epidemiology and outcomes research.

Lin received his M.D. from Yale University, MBA from University of Cambridge, and B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Economics from Denison University.

Maggie joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2018 as an Executive Assistant on the Life Sciences team.

Prior to joining Frazier, Maggie spent almost five years at SpringHill Ventures, a real estate venture capital firm in Menlo Park, as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Maggie has over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives and directors in the financial and banking industry.

Maggie earned her B.A. in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.

Maggie joined Frazier Life Sciences in September 2021 as a Senior Portfolio Analyst with 10 years of valuation experience.

Prior to joining Frazier, Maggie was an Associate at BlackRock on the Private Valuations Team, where she was responsible for managing the valuation process for private equity investments held in alternative investment funds. Before BlackRock she valued privately held companies for gift and estate tax purposes.

Maggie received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Western Washington University and is a CFA Charterholder (2015).

Maria joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as a Venture Partner in 2021. She has over 20 years of scientific and management experience in numerous public and private companies. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Lassen Therapeutics, a Frazier-founded company developing first-in-class antibodies as potential treatments for fibrosis, thyroid eye disease, and oncology.

Maria previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Iovance Biotherapeutics. She transformed Iovance from an early-stage development company to a company with multiple late-stage programs involving lifileucel and LN-145 for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. She raised over a billion dollars in multiple rounds of financing for the company. Prior to Iovance, Maria served as the Chief Operating Officer of Acerta Pharma B.V., where she worked on the development of Calquence® until the company’s acquisition by AstraZeneca. Prior to that, she worked at Pharmacyclics, Inc., where she was a key contributor in the creation of a broad clinical program leading to global approvals for Imbruvica® in multiple hematologic malignancies, and where she served as Chief of Oncology Operations and Alliances. Prior to joining Pharmacyclics, Maria held increasingly senior positions in Medicinal Chemistry and the project and portfolio management department at Gilead Sciences, Inc., where she was involved with multiple therapeutic areas including antivirals, oncology, and cardiovascular therapeutics and worked on the development and life cycle management of Letairis®.

Maria received her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and her B.S. summa cum laude, in chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She also holds an M.B.A., received with highest honors, from Golden Gate University.

Mike joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2020 and is a highly experienced drug discoverer and biotech leader. He most recently served as EVP and Head of Genentech’s Research and Early Development (gRED) and was a member of the Roche Corporate Executive Committee in Basel. Mike was responsible for all aspects of gRED innovation, drug discovery and development, and grew a diversity of drug platform types that includes personalized therapeutic vaccines and cellular therapies. Under his leadership, gRED teams also discovered and developed many successful medicines that had meaningful positive impacts for patients. Mike currently serves on the board of directors of Pardes Biosciences, Interline, Atomwise and ERASCA.

Prior to Genentech, Mike was one of the original fifteen employees at Agouron Pharmaceuticals. He built a team that developed protein-structure based design, a novel approach to drug discovery that is utilized globally by drug discovery teams today. His leadership resulted in the discovery of a number of currently marketed anti-cancer agents.

Mike holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from the California Institute of Technology, and was an American Cancer Society postdoctoral fellow at Columbia University.

Mitch is a Venture Partner at Frazier Life Sciences, where he is focused on company creation opportunities. He is currently on the board of Attovia Therapeutics.

Mitch was most recently Alpine Immune Sciences Co-Founder, CEO, and the Executive

Chairman of Alpine’s Board of Directors since the company was founded in January 2015 until its sale to Vertex Pharmaceuticals in May of 2024 for $4.9 billion.

Prior to co-founding Alpine Immune Sciences, Mitch was the Chairman and Founder of Alpine Biosciences, a privately held biotech company dedicated to developing the next generation of cancer and orphan disease treatments. Alpine Biosciences was sold to Cascadian Therapeutics in 2014 which was subsequently acquired by SGEN. Both Alpine Immune Sciences and Alpine Biosciences received their seed funding from Alpine Bioventures, a venture capital firm Mitch founded in 2012 focused on new company creation.

Earlier in his career, Mitch was the CEO and Chairman of Dendreon Corporation, where he

and his team developed the world’s first cell-based therapy to be approved by the FDA. Dendreon ushered in an entirely new era in cancer treatments with the FDA approval of PROVENGE® (sipuleucel-T), in April 2010.

Mitch holds an M.D. from Rush Medical College in Chicago and did his Urology Residency at the  University of Washington Medical Center, and holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Nicole joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2025 where she focuses on supporting regulatory compliance efforts.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Nicole was a Senior Associate in Compliance and Client Operations at Silver Creek Capital Management, specializing in private fund compliance, client onboarding, and deliverables. She brings years of experience in regulatory compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University. She also holds an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation.

Nicole joined Frazier Life Sciences in May 2022 as a Senior Fund Accountant, with five years of tax accounting experience in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Frazier, Nicole was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she prepared and reviewed federal tax forms for hedge funds, venture capital funds, and other alternative investment funds.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) from Erskine College and Wake Forest University, respectively. She is also a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.

Nolan joined Frazier Life Sciences in June 2019 as a Senior Accountant, with five years of accounting experience in the asset management industry. In January 2021, Nolan was promoted to Fund Accounting Manager.

Prior to joining Frazier, Nolan was an Associate at BlackRock where he was a member of the Alternatives Fund Accounting team and the Global Alternative Investment Services team. Prior to working at BlackRock, he was an Investment Accounting Senior Analyst at Archway Finance and Operations in Indianapolis, focused on fund administration for single family office partnerships. He has experience in fund accounting and operations for diverse asset class funds.

Nolan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management from Hillsdale College.

Olympia joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as an Executive Assistant in 2023.

Olympia has over 10 years of experience in executive support and office management in VC and tech startup environments. Prior to joining Frazier, she spent five years supporting the managing partners at a healthcare-focused investment firm.

Patrick is a Managing Partner and co-founder of the Frazier’s Life Sciences team. He joined the firm in 1999 in Seattle and opened Frazier’s Palo Alto office in 2003. Throughout his 20 years as a General and then Managing Partner, Patrick has led or co-led investments across 30 plus companies.

Patrick has successfully partnered with entrepreneurs across a range of company types and stages, from early-stage metabolic companies to commercial-stage dermatology and liver disease companies. Patrick has also been active in company formation around both early- and later-stage assets. He has led and served as director for many successful Frazier Life Sciences investments, including Vaxcyte (NASDAQ: PCVX), Krystal (NASDAQ: KRYS), Collegium (NASDAQ: COLL), Imago BioSciences (acquired by Merck), Ignyta (acquired by Roche), Silvergate Pharmaceuticals (acquired by CutisPharma), Tobira Therapeutics (acquired by Allergan), Marcadia (acquired by Roche), Calixa (acquired by Cubist), Cerexa (acquired by Forest), PreCision Dermatology (acquired by Valeant), MedPointe (acquired by Meda). He currently serves on the boards of Alceptor, Alpha-9, Arcutis Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: ARQT), MBX Biosciences (NASDAQ: MBX), Mirum Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: MIRM), and Tubulis. He is also a board observer for Aspen Neuroscience and LAND.

Patrick has served on the investment committee for the Gates Foundation Strategic Investment Fund for the past 6 years.

Prior to joining Frazier Patrick helped develop McKinsey & Company’s West Coast biotechnology consulting practice, where he led projects involving mergers and acquisitions, product launches, sales force optimization, corporate partnering, and research prioritization.

Patrick received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He also holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate and Morehead Scholar.

Prior to working at Frazier, Rebekah spent seven years as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at the Bezos Family Foundation. Prior to the Bezos Family Foundation, Rebekah was an Executive Assistant at Integral Consulting and Young Financial Group.

Rebekah, originally from Southern California, now resides in Seattle.

Rob joined Frazier Life Sciences team as a Senior Advisor in 2015 and rejoined the team as a Venture Partner in 2020. He co-founded and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of HilleVax, a Frazier-backed company focused on the development of a prophylactic vaccine for norovirus infections.

Rob has been working with Frazier and its portfolio companies as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Senior Advisor, and executive for 14 years. He was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of VentiRx Pharmaceuticals, a Frazier-founded company developing a small molecule therapeutic to activate the immune system against solid tumors. Rob co-founded VentiRx while an entrepreneur-in-residence at Frazier and led the company through its transformational partnership with Celgene. He joined Celgene in 2014 to lead their efforts in Immuno-Oncology, was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer in 2016, and was subsequently Executive Vice President and Head of Business Development & Global Alliances and served as a member of the Executive Committee until the acquisition of Celgene by Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2019.

Prior to VentiRx, Rob served as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Dendreon Corporation and led clinical development of ProvengeTM, which was approved for metastatic prostate cancer. Before Dendreon, he was Vice President of Medical Genetics at Corixa, a Frazier portfolio company which was acquired by GlaxoSmithKline. Earlier, Rob was an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and an Associate Physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

Rob completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of California, Los Angeles and received his Ph.D. at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies as part of the NIH-sponsored Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP).

Roger joined Frazier Life Sciences’ team in 2016 as a Senior Advisor and has worked with Frazier-backed portfolio companies for over 15 years. He was with Acerta Pharma as both a member of the company’s founding Board of Directors and as Chief Scientific Officer through its majority-share acquisition by AstraZeneca for $7 billion. Acerta/AstraZeneca are developing acalabrutinib, a second-generation Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor approved as Calquence for the treatment of patients with CLL/SLL or MCL. He was previously co-founder and Chief Development Officer with Calistoga Pharmaceuticals, a Frazier portfolio company acquired by Gilead Sciences, and Roger continued with Gilead to help complete the development of idelalisib, an isoform-selective PI3K inhibitor now marketed as Zydelig. Roger was also part of the founding team and served as Chief Scientific Officer for Phathom Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PHAT). He served on the scientific advisory board of Mavupharma, a Frazier-founded company focused on novel approaches to selectively target the STING (stimulator of interferon genes) pathway, until its acquisition by AbbVie. He currently serves on the board of directors of Lengo Therapeutics, as well as the scientific advisory boards of Cirius Therapeutics and Inipharm.

Prior to Calistoga, Roger was Senior Scientific Director with Merck Research Laboratories, where he helped guide the Merck integration of Seattle-based Rosetta Inpharmatics. Prior to Merck, he was Director of Drug Safety Evaluation at Abbott Laboratories, and was Senior Scientist with both The Upjohn Company and Pharmacia & Upjohn Inc. Roger directly contributed to the discovery, development, approval, and life cycle of several products including Camptosar, Zyvox, Spexil, Colestid Tablets, Actos, Kaletra and Humira. Prior to his career in the pharmaceutical industry, he held research positions at West Virginia and Michigan State Universities, and at Argonne National Laboratories. He currently serves on the boards of Link Immunotherapeutics, Kartos Therapeutics and Aminex, and serves as a scientific advisor to several small companies.

Roger received his Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from West Virginia University, where he studied the role of protein kinases and cytoskeletal function in cancer. He holds several patents, has authored more than 120 publications, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences.

Saimon joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2025 as a Senior Fund Accountant.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Saimon was a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he spent over five years in the Asset and Wealth Management practice. He led audits for traditional and alternative funds, focusing on investment valuation, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Saimon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.

Scott joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence in May 2020. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Acacia Pharma Group plc. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer at Outpost Medicine, a Frazier portfolio company.

Prior to Outpost, Scott was President and Chief Operating Officer of Acacia Pharma, Inc. From 2009 until its acquisition by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in 2014, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Cadence Pharmaceuticals. At Cadence, Scott built the company’s commercial and supply-chain infrastructure and led the launch of OFIRMEV, a market-leading non-opioid injectable analgesic. Earlier in his career, Scott served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility at Eli Lilly and Company, including sales, marketing, development, manufacturing, and strategic planning.

Scott holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Shu joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as Director of Human Resources in 2024 and is responsible for providing Human Resources support to the FLS team.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Shu consulted for firms across different industries and at different stages of growth. Shu has held senior Human Resources leadership roles covering global teams at firms such as Novartis in Basel, Switzerland and its research headquarters in Cambridge, MA.

Shu has a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. She is a trained coach and has published Human Resources articles in publications such as HR.com, Boston.com and Talent Management magazine.

Stacy joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2011. Since then, she has become an integral member of the Frazier Life Sciences organization. Stacy handles a multitude of roles to ensure the continued success of the day-to-day operations for the Frazier Life Sciences team.

Prior to Frazier, she previously held positions managing the office and operations for high tech companies, Kirkland & Ellis, and other biotech companies.

Stanford is a Venture Partner at Frazier Life Sciences, where he is focused on company creation opportunities. He is a physician-scientist R&D executive with over 25 years of drug development and basic biomedical research experience in multiple settings, spanning newco startups to pharma, clinical practice to academia.

Stanford most recently served as President and Head of Research and Development of Alpine Immune Sciences (Nasdaq: ALPN), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the application of directed evolution for the development of novel protein-based therapeutics for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Under his management, Alpine discovered and introduced into the clinic multiple drug candidates, including povetacicept, a dual BAFF/APRIL inhibitor for IgA nephropathy and other autoimmune diseases, prompting its acquisition by Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

Previously, Stanford held various leadership and management positions in multiple biotech, pharma and academic settings, including Stemcentrx (until its acquisition by AbbVie), Seagen, Roche, Benaroya Research Institute, and Washington University in St. Louis.

Stanford received a B.A. and B.S. in Music and Biological Sciences from Stanford University, as well as an M.D. and Ph.D. in Biology from Yale University. He conducted his residency in internal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and was a Clinical and Research Fellow in rheumatology at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Stanford continues to be a practicing rheumatologist.

Steve joined Frazier Life Sciences in June 2003 as Director of Finance, became Vice President of Finance in 2005, Chief Financial Officer in 2007, and Partner in 2013. He manages Frazier Life Sciences’s accounting, treasury, and finance operations.

Steve has over 30 years of tax, accounting, and financial experience. Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, he was the Vice President of Finance at LapLink Inc. Prior to LapLink, he held finance and corporate development positions with Elixis Corporations and its successor, Data Critical Corporation. He was also previously a Senior Manager in the tax department at Ernst & Young LLP in Seattle.

Sydnie joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2018 with 14 years of accounting experience in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Frazier, Sydnie was a Vice President on the alternatives fund accounting team at BlackRock and an Accounting and Operations Manager at Silver Creek Capital Management. She was also at PricewaterhouseCoopers for five years, focusing on clients in the asset management audit practice. She has extensive experience in fund accounting, operations and financial reporting for alternative investment funds.

Sydnie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accounting, both from the University of Washington. She is also a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.

Tao joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as a Venture Partner in 2022. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Attovia Therapeutics, a FLS portfolio company. Tao has over 25 years of business development, general management, operations, strategy, and commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Prior to joining Frazier Tao served as President & Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Strategy Officer for Zai Lab, a publicly traded biotech company listed on both NASDAQ (ZLAB) and Hong Kong. He joined Zai Lab in 2018, holding a broad set of responsibilities including strategy, operations, business development, CMC, quality, and other corporate functions. Previously from 2015 to 2018, Tao was Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial and Business Officer of Portola Pharmaceuticals (PTLA), a publicly traded biotech company specializing in cardiovascular disease and cancer. In this role, Tao led Portola’s commercial operations, marketing, sales, and business development. From 2014 to 2015, Tao was Vice President, Head of M&A and Alliance Management at Bristol Myers-Squibb (BMS), leading the company’s corporate development, alliance management and venture capital investing activities. Prior to BMS, Tao worked at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) for 11 years, holding a number of leadership positions with increasing responsibilities, most recently as Vice President, Head of M&A, responsible for J&J’s global M&A activities in pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, Tao worked at Scios Inc., a biotech company in California and McKinsey & Company.

Tao received an MS in biology from the University of Rochester, and an MBA in finance and marketing from Vanderbilt University. He did his undergraduate studies in biology at Tsinghua University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Tyler joined Frazier Life Sciences in April 2021 as a Fund Accountant, with three years of tax accounting experience in the asset management industry. In January 2023, he was promoted to Senior Fund Accountant.

Prior to joining Frazier, Tyler was a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he prepared and reviewed federal tax forms for hedge funds, venture capital funds, and other alternative investment funds.

Tyler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accounting, both from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.

Mike has been a member of the Frazier Life Sciences team since 2006 and brings over 35 years of experience as a scientist and executive to the team. He has co-founded multiple Frazier portfolio companies, including Mavupharma (acquired by AbbVie), Inipharm, Calistoga Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Gilead Sciences), and Stromedix (acquired by Biogen Idec). Mike served as President of Calistoga, which was the first company to demonstrate the clinical benefit of an isoform selective PI3K (idelalisib) inhibitor in hematologic malignancies. That drug, under the brand name Zydelig, received approvals from both the FDA and EMA in 2014 to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia and follicular lymphoma. He currently serves on the board of directors of Inipharm, and on the Scientific Advisory Boards of Inipharm, Lassen Therapeutics, and Sudo Biosciences.

Previously, Mike was one of the founding scientists at ICOS Corporation, where he served as VP and Scientific Director. Mike’s responsibilities at ICOS included discovery, preclinical research, medicinal chemistry, and process chemistry groups including those that helped generate and support the worldwide registration and launch of Cialis. Earlier, Mike developed expertise in the fields of immunology/inflammation and oncology while on the faculty at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Mike has also been a member of the Scientific Advisory Boards of the Keystone Symposia, Caprion, and the University of Texas Department of Chemistry.

Mike is currently a member of the Therapeutic Advisory Board for Frazier company AnaptysBio. He is also a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for Frazier company Lassen Therapeutics as well as OncoResponse and Trestle Biotherapeutics. In addition, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Life Science Washington. He was also a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Benaroya Research Institute.

Mike received his Ph.D. from the University of Alberta Department of Immunology. His doctoral research focused on genetic resistance to virally induced neoplastic disease and invasive mechanisms, including the first description of antigen gain associated with organ-specific tumor metastasis. While a Damon Runyon-Walter Winchell and American Cancer Society fellow at Stanford University in the lab of Irving Weissman, Mike discovered the first cell adhesion molecule implicated in site selective leukocyte traffic.

Wendy has over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, she worked at Patient Square Capital supporting one of the founding partners and prior to Patient Square Capital, she was at Oak Hill Capital supporting one of the managing partners.

Wendy received a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

Xinghuo joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2024 where she focuses on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Frazier, Xinghuo was a management consultant with McKinsey’s Life Sciences practice, where she advised pharmaceutical clients on strategy and operations in the area of R&D innovation, commercialization and business development.

Xinghuo’s graduate research at the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center focused on the development of novel CAR-T cell therapy to improve the efficacy against multiple tumor types.

Xinghuo received her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences and B.S. in Pharmaceuticals from Peking University.

Zaneta joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2022, where she focuses on company creation.

She is currently serving as a Chief Business Officer at Attovia Therapeutics, a company she co-founded during her tenure at Frazier.

Prior to joining Frazier, Zaneta served as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Frazier portfolio company Amunix Pharmaceuticals, a company developing conditionally active immune-oncology therapeutics. In that context, she played a key role in the acquisition of Amunix by Sanofi.

Before joining Amunix, Zaneta was the Chief of Staff to the General Manager of Philips Neuro, where she led the strategy and business development functions for the business unit. Prior to her role at Philips Neuro, she was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where she served biopharmaceutical and PE clients on strategy, M&A, and venture projects.

Zaneta received her Ph.D. in Gene Expression from The University of Manchester, UK, where she was a Wellcome Trust fellow. She also holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University in Poland, and has completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuroepigenomics as a Walter V. and Idun Berry fellow at Stanford University.
