Jennifer Martin

Jenn is the Chief Financial Officer and Partner on the Frazier Life Sciences team.

Jenn joined Frazier Life Sciences in 2015 and is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, and a Partner. In her role, Jenn leads the firm’s accounting, treasury and finance operations, with 23 years of accounting and financial experience in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Frazier, Jenn was the CFO of Red Mountain Capital Partners, a hedge fund manager located in Los Angeles. She was also previously a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Asset Management audit practice. Jenn has extensive experience in hedge and private equity fund activities, including multiple fund structures and standard control practices, and has advised numerous asset managers in the implementation of new financial accounting and disclosure requirements.

Jenn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western Washington University.
