Ali Jackson

Ali is Vice President and Counsel, Public Funds for Frazier Life Sciences Public Fund, Overage Fund, Capital Markets and Merger and Acquisition Transactions.

Ali joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as Counsel in September 2023, where she focuses on the Frazier Life Sciences Public Fund, Public Overage Fund, capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Frazier, Ali was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where she focused on corporate securities, corporate governance, executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions.

Ali holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated summa cum laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
