Mansi Shinde

Mansi joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2026 where she focuses on Company Creation.

Prior to joining Frazier Life Sciences, Mansi was the Head of Corporate Development at nChroma Bio, where she led business development and portfolio strategy. She joined nChroma from Nvelop Therapeutics, where she guided the company through its merger with Chroma Medicine. Mansi was one of its first employees and helped build and launch Nvelop.

Earlier in her career, Mansi was an Operating Associate at 5AM Ventures where she focused on scientific diligence and company creation. In this capacity, she helped build Diagon Therapeutics, a 5AM Ventures NewCo focused on iPSC-derived cell therapies. Mansi started her career at Health Advances where she advised biotech and pharmaceutical companies on corporate and business development including portfolio strategy, clinical development, and commercialization.

Mansi received her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.A. in Biology and Business from New York University.
